Akiva accepts instructions from claimant, defendant, and joint-instruction solicitors, as well as medicolegal agencies and insurers. All enquiries are handled promptly.

THE PROCESS
Three steps from instruction to report
Send your letter of instruction and medical records/reports
Email your letter of instruction to akiva@bridge-rehab.co.uk. For general enquiries, Emma (secretary) can be reached at info@bridge-rehab.co.uk.
What to include in your letter of instruction:
✓ Claimant's name and date of birth ✓Nature of claim and incident date
✓ Specific questions to be addressed ✓ Court deadlines or directions
✓ Preferred examination format ✓ Billing address / purchase order

Agree terms and arrange examination
A fee estimate and signed terms and conditions document will be issued. Once agreed, an appointment is scheduled with the claimant. Medical records sent via secure link.

Report delivered
A CPR Part 35-compliant expert witness report is delivered within the agreed timeframe. Addendum reports, Part 35 responses, and conference with counsel are available as required
